pcs chicken leg (over/under)
- 12 pcs baby red Bombay
pcs baby potatoes
- ½ pcs carrot
- ½ pcs lemon
tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup Sour crem / yougurt
cup chicken stock (cube)
- Salt – black pepper – chopped parsley.
How to Make:
Season the chicken throughout with salt and pepper.
Fry golden on both side.
Meanwhile slice the carrot and chop the garlic.
Remove the chicken and sauté the vegetables for a few minutes in the same pan.
Add the chicken (top up) and paint with mustard on topside, drizzle with

Just before serving add sour cream (or yogurt) and drizzle with finely chopped parsley.
