Find your old espresso pot and make yourself a Cuban coffee.
Cuban coffee is based on a strong espresso made sweet with kind of lots of sugar.

Follow the instruction for your espresso pot and be sure to stamp the coffee grind to make it strong.
When the first drops shows
pour a few drops (actually needs very few drops) in a cup with 3 to 4 teaspoon of white granulated sugar. Stir heavily for some minutes until finally it looks like "peanut butter".
When the espresso is done, pour the espresso over the stired sugar and
mix gentle. Pour it back in the espresso pot and serve in small espresso cups (20-30ml).
