Cauliflower Puree

  • 1 head of cauli flower
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 pinch of coriander seed
  • a’ pinch of nutmeg
  • salt and white pepper to taste

 

  1. Sauté the chopped-up cauliflower and garlic for about 5 min.
  2. Add spices,salt and pepper
  3. Deglaze with 200ml of heavy cream for another 5-10 min.
  4. Blend and serve warm
