Here in the tropic we are blessed with a lot of delicious fruit. Some has a season others you will find the year around. Below you will find a recipe with two of my favorites. Enjoy this delicious jam on a bisquit or pancake.
- 2 cup ripe
- 1½ cup fresh pin apple
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 2 cup sugar
- Blend the fruit meat together with lemon juice.
- Boil for 5 min and ad the sugar, continue boil until thickens 20 to 30 min.
- Pour into sterilized jars, close immediately and store in refrigerator.
